Clear Lake is located in Montmorency County. Clear Lake is a glacier created, spring fed lake that is so clear you can see 46 feet down. You will be watching the fish nibble on the hook as you enjoy this 133 acre all sports lake.
Approximately 3.5 hours from the metro Detroit area and one hour from Gaylord, Alpena and Cheboygan. A little over an hour to Petoskey, Charlevoix and the Mackinac Bridge.
Clear Lake is a true Up North vacation destination. You will love your view of the lake as you enjoy your morning coffee on the porch or by the bonfire pit. Loons swimming and talking to each other, deer roaming around the woods. Behind the cabin is a path that leads directly to the Clear Lake State Campground. Your extended family members can sleep in a tent or a camper while you are a short walk away sleeping in the cabin.
