Our three bedroom, bath and a half, air condidtioned home sits on 120 feet of frontage on West Twin Lake, which is one of two lakes connected by a channel. The house is located on a large lot, nearly an acre, with ample room for parking in addition to a two car garage.  If you are looking for an all sports lake, with tremendous privacy, you will enjoy our home. There are less than 30 homes on the lake with the entire view across the lake of wooded state property.There is a fire pit near the water and a sandy beach area. We provide a 14 foot aluminum fishing boat with an electric motor/charger, oars, life vests and anchor. We also have a dock for the boat. If you enjoy fishing you will enjoy good fishing for pan fish as well as bass. West Twin Lake is a quiet/peaceful lake to enjoy an evening ride around the shore line. There are also two 10 foot kayaks, paddles, life preservers.

Enjoy your morning coffee looking across the lake at the deer feeding through one of the three picture windows or sitting on the covered front porch. This is a 1600 square foot home that will make you feel welcome and provide you with the luxury of space for everyone in your family. There are 3 bedrooms, two double beds and a queen size bed, as well as a pull-out sofa. There is a two car attached garage, good for bikes and any equipment you may bring. A new propane grill is also provided.

Our home is a great location for a single family of six or under or for couples looking for a clean and relaxing setting. It is not intended for family reunions. To maintain the quality of our home we do not allow overnight guests beyond the family who are renting. No trailer or RV to be parked on our property.

There is a slate, high quality pool table and dish TV for entertainment when you are not enjoying the outdoors.

Golfers will be greatly impressed with the number and quality of local golf courses. West Branch Country Club, the Dream and the Nightmare are within 15 minutes. There are equally that many good courses in Houghton Lake as well. Golfers could play a different course everyday of their vacation and never drive over 30 minutes.

Shopping and restaurants are also nearby. The Tanger Outlet Mall is located in West Branch and additional shops are located in Prudenville at Houghton Lake, as well as in the city of West Branch.

We are located in a very convenient location in the state. Our home is easy to reach in less than 3 hours of drive time from most parts of southern Michigan. Spend less time on the road and more time enjoying the privacy of a lake front home for your vacation this year.

We do allow dogs (limit two), but kindly ask that you clean up after your pet and never leave them unattended.

From I-75 take Exit 222, left on M-76, right on E. West Branch Rd (4 miles), left on Maple Valley Road/F97 (4 miles), From I27 take M-55 Exit towards Houghton Lake (east), Turn right onto E. West Branch Road, Right onto Maple Valley Rd/F97(4 miles)

Look for white house and out building facing Maple Valley Road on south side of road.
