Lovely 2 & 3 bedroom cottages located on the Grand Traverse Bay.  Walking distance to restaurants, marinas, shopping, boat and equipment rentals.  Enjoy water sports and the150 ft.of beachfront or a round of golf on one of many nearby golf courses,   Spectacular sunsets can be seen from the screened and glassed in porches, so comfy and cozy.

The Bayshore Cottages are located 15 miles north of Traverse City and 30 minutes south of Charlevoix.

We offer two and three bedroom cottages completely furnished with everything except towels and linens. 

 

Our two bedroom units have a fully stocked kitchen with everything except an oven, these units have a four burner cooktop. The living area of these units include cathedral ceilings. The two bedrooms each have a full size bed. In addition the living area has a full sized pull out. Each unit will sleep 6.

 

Our 3 bedroom has a fully stocked kitchen with oven. Larger living area and porch. Two of the three bedrooms have full size beds, the third bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds. The unit will sleep up to 8.

    We have been renting these cottages for several years and love the peaceful setting on the bay! We enjoy having a bon fire on the beach every night and there is so much in the area to do. Our granddaughters always want to make at least a couple trips to the library by the marina, we walk to Elk Rapids a lot for a little shopping, ice cream or a movie at the little theater. We like going to the beach down the road because there is hardly anyone there. If it rains we go to Traverse City or Charlevoix and do some shopping. It is just a great vacation place for our family!

    Returned again for my 1 week stay in these lovely cottages. Stayed in D before but it has been completely redone and I love it. All these cottages are cute and clean, will return again next year. Dale H

    What a great location, fun little town, great place for kids to run. The cottages are clean and updated. My family has many wonderful memories here and will come back next year.

    Enjoyed a week with family in these cute and cozy cottages and will come back for 2 weeks next year. The price was great for a bit of paradise, and will recommend to friends and family.
