Just off the living room is another screen porch - this one is complete with a large dining table so you can all dine together alfresco. The open kitchen and dining space features soaring ceilings, open cupboards with decorative kitchenware, and everything you need for a meal at home. Head out the back door just off the dining area where you'll find a semi-covered deck with Adirondack chairs overlooking the yard. The grassy yard also has a gas BBQ grill for your use. The main level of this home has two comfortable bedrooms, laundry, and a full bathroom with shower tub combo. Just off the living room, head up the open stairway to the queen bedroom loft. Open to the rest of the home, but tucked away, this is a cozy place to lay your head at night. Located only 1 mile from downtown Douglas and 2 miles from downtown Saugatuck, you will have an assortment of shops, galleries, and restaurants at your fingertips. Beachwalk Cottage is a comfortable home away from home to explore our greater area. Please Note: Due to high water levels, there may or may not be sand at the Douglas Beach. Should the city decide the beach is unsafe, they will lock the entrance. The Oval Beach is only 2.5 miles away.
