You'll be treated to luxurious touches and finishes throughout the newly constructed home. Be welcomed into the marvelous great room with 2 story soaring ceilings and a surround of windows. The cozy living room has the added bonus of a seasonal fireplace. The open dining room and kitchen feature granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances.

On the main level, the master bedroom has a queen bed, full ensuite bathroom, and an additional sitting room/den that opens to a private screen porch. Upstairs you'll find three generous bedrooms and a full bathroom as well as a lofted seating area overlooking the main level great room. Beautifully polished wood flooring leads you from one room to the next.

The real gem of this home is all the outside space. A beautiful back deck overlooks a wooded scene where you're sure to catch a glimpse of some wildlife... deer, birds, squirrels and more will all be part of the relaxing atmosphere. An enclosed screen porch with comfortable furniture boasts an outdoor fireplace. This is the perfect place to enjoy the cooler evenings with friends and family.

From the moment you enter this amazing home, until the moment you head home, you'll be planning for your next visit to Murphy's Landing.  

Tucked away in a community known as Glenn Shores, you'll enjoy a leafy outlook and wooded surroundings. Glenn Shores is the perfect backdrop for relaxing evening walks, and watching the sunset by the lake.

Just a beautiful 1/2 mile stroll away, you will find a path to Lake Michigan. The path is wide enough for a car so you also have the option of driving. Due to high water levels, there is only access to the lake at this time (no beach). Even with the water level so high, this is a great access for a morning or sunset swim or to put in a kayak or paddle board.

Please note: Due to high water levels, the association beach is minimum to none and not guaranteed to return for summer 2019. There is still access to Lake Michigan, but not any sand to lay out on. If you would like to visit South Haven or Saugatuck public beaches for the day, you can bring us your receipt to be reimbursed for up to two parking passes. There are many beaches along the shorline within 2-7 miles from the home. Casco Township Park, South Haven city Beach, and West Side County Park just to name a few.
