We really had a good time last week at "over the rainbow". The couple times it rained just a bit, a rainbow followed. Even some fire works from your crazy neighbor!! The house was very adequate for all of us. I especially like the kitchen with its spacious counter tops and the openness of the area looking out to the lake. Thank you for making your home available for us. I don't know what next summer will bring - maybe we'll be back. I have recommended your place to a friend who wants to rent something close to Ann Arbor. Thanks again.

Hi Linda – Hope you all found property condition favorable from our beautiful vacation as our memories are more than we expected. We once again were so happy to have the opportunity and blessing to revisit the “Rainbow”. The weather was picture perfect. Neighbors Scott & Terry and William make our visit special. They are what we call our “vacation bonus buddies”. We would like to thank you and Michael for providing a truly special memory for our family. Enjoy the rest of the summer and year. Mike & Linda, Thanks so much for a wonderful few days at your lake house. It was a very relaxing time for us and our "kids", lol. Needless to say they were both ready for a getaway as were we! Sadie our newest addition to the family just loved it. She learned to swim for the first time and she's now a water pro! Of course Bentley showed her how it's really done, lol. We also enjoyed watching the swans...don't remember seeing them last year. They provided lots of entertainment for us with what we referred to as their "butt swim"...head submerged looking for food as their behinds were above water with their feet...looked like they were doing a hand stand in the water :) So once again a wonderful experience and backdrop for our time away. We've referred your website to some family and friends that may also be looking for a getaway sometime in the future. Thank you again for the accommodations! Pam n Tom

We had a great time. We feel very much at home in your lake house. Even the decorating accents fit us - not the usual feel of a rental place. Hope we can make it next year.

July 27 - Aug. 3, We all had a wonderful time. Your home is in a perfect location for us to enjoy the lake and to see relatives close by. Actually, our relatives came by a lot to hang out with us here because it was so much fun. Thank you for the boat ride. Molly loved it and both of us liked hanging out with your family. June 18 ,2006 - While celebrating Mary Jo and Bernie's 50th anneversary we spent few nights here at the lake and want to thank you so much for the wonderful "digs" and for the great hospitality! We had a blast!

...it was perfect for our family. I felt so welcomed and at home. The area was beautiful, we fished (burrrrrrrr)and played games and visited with our daughter and family. We kept the temp. at 65 and we were quite comfortable, your house stays amazingly warm!! On thankgiving we had 9 people there and had a wonderful time.....it seems like we had enough of everything. It was easy to grocery shop and to go between your home and my daughter's home, we'll always have fond memories of our time there. If we ever do a trip like that again, I'll certainly give you a call. Thank you ever so much for everything Lorrie
