Totally rebuilt and beautifully furnished in lodge/cottage motif. Cathederal ceilings, ceiling fans, knotty pine interior. Three bedrooms and great room carpeted.Kitchen and baths ceramic tile. Lots of glass overlooking lake, large deck, gas grill, woodstove, dishwasher, dinette and island seating. Sleeping loft for kids/adults. Great birding, biking. Lawn, deck and beach furniture, hammock, quiet setting to watch the freighters. Four golf courses within twenty minutes, firewood/ fire pit, new appliances, cool breezes off lake. One queen and two double beds. Binoculars to follow the birds skim across the water. Strawberry and raspberry picking less than ten minutes away.
RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION
May 1, 2009 to October 31, 2009 $895 weekly rate June 1 to Labor Day. 10 % discount for multiple weeks. $350 weekend rate for spring or fall.

Our family of four - including a 14 and 18 year old - thoroughly enjoyed our visit here. The cottage itself is beautiful: high ceilings,lots of windows, bright rustic furniture, plenty of pillows and couches, captivating nature photography. Lake Huron is really a relatively secret treasure. There are no crowds, no noise, just a vast Great Lake. Not much of a beach, and a rocky shore, but if you bring your wave shoes, and are only looking for an occasional very chilly dip-this is a relaxing, tranquil and scenic getaway. Great biking!

We enjoyed our stay very much!
We would definitely vacation here again. Beautiful views, lots of wildlife. Great for photography. Quiet, peaceful,
and not far from stores, restaurants etc.
This charming cottage has it all!!
