There is a boat launch at Irish Marina 1/4 mile from the condo on Lake Charlevoix with access to both Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan.
RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION
October 16th to May 14th $650.00 per week
September 11th to October 15th $800.00 per week
June 16th to September 10th $1,000.00 per week
May 15th to June 15th $800.00 per week
December 26th - Jan 1st $175.00 nightly
There is a two night minimum stay and prices range from $140.00 to $175.00 a night depending on the date.
There is a $60.00 cleaning fee added to the rate when staying less than 4 nights.
