We are right off M-22, 1 mile north of quiet Arcadia, Michigan, just below Inspiration Point (south of the BIG hill. From Frankfort, M-22 south, approximately 11 miles south of Frankfort. From US-31 (Little River Casino) and M-22 North, pass through towns of Onekama and Arcadia, approximately 27 miles from US-31 and M-22 intersection. From all locations, west onto Jungle Inn Road, turn immediately north onto Burnham Drive until end of road.

MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Lovely cottage on beautiful Lake Michigan. Very private and quiet. 2 bedrooms, one full size bedroom decorated in blue and white - the other bedroom has two twin beds, decorated in antique rose. Linens and towels are provided. Newly remodeled bathroom. Kitchen has new frig, stove and microwave with dishes and plenty of cooking utensils. There is a sleeper sofa also. Outside the french doors is a large deck with two tables for fun evening sunset dinners. Cable tv with too many channels. There are steps up to the cottage which are not handicap accessible as well as steps, (not many) down to the beautiful secluded beach. A propane grill is provided as well. One of the best vacations we have ever had. Beautiful setting and the beach is spectacular. Our dog loved it. The whole family hopes we will be able to visit again someday. Highlight of the trip was kayaking down the Crystal River.

We have stayed at the Butterfly Cottage twice for four weeks each time. We loved our stay there as it has great beach access, cozy and pretty decor, and a friendly, accommodating host. The beach, right outside the door, is great for walking and waching the sunsets across Lake Michigan.
