Burt Lake living is the BEST! Our cottage sits on the east side of the lake in a strip known as "Sunset Beach." The sand is beaufitul and the sunsets are incredible! The cottage has been newly remodeled with 3 bedrooms, hardwood floors throughout and a deck to kick back and enjoy living at the lake. The cottage is conveniently located off I-75 and is within a 1/2 an hour drive of Macknaw City, Petoskey, Harbor Springs, and Gaylord. We can provide additional pictures upon request.

My wife and three kids stayed at the Klinger cottage last summer and had a wonderful time. The cottage is nicely remodeled and very clean. The beach was perfect for our kids--great sand and beautiful water. I would recommend it for a perfect getaway in northern Michigan.

This a great spot to stay. The beach is sandy and doesn't get deep too fast. The cottage is cute. I would recommend this to anyone. We stayed during the summer of 08.
