This is an up-scale private home in a neighborhood of nicer homes. Over 100 feet of "Canal" frontage, and a view of the Lake. The home is 1280 square feet in size, and is very comfortable. The rear deck that over looks the "Canal", is 43 feet in length. The deck has three levels that take you down to the dock which is over 100 feet wide. Plenty of room for your boat. Fishing can be done off the dock!
RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION
June 1st to Sept. 31st "In" season rates are $925.00 per week. Saturday through Saturday. Out of "season" $725.00. Most week-ends are $425.00.
Rates available for long week-ends and Holidays. Open all year. Call for special rates. References and security deposit required.
