MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Beautiful year-round 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home on the sandy shore of Hubbard Lake - a pristine nearly 9000 acre lake about 3 hours north of Detroit and only 25 minutes from Alpena. A peaceful 600 ft. forested drive leads you to this "up north" getaway. It sits on 75 ft of private frontage that boasts one of the finest swimming spots on Hubbard Lake. Located on the western shore with a huge sandbar and extensive shallow water, this is a perfect spot for your kids (or acting like one yourself!). Whether you are splashing around in the water, water skiing, taking a boat tour, fishing for walleye, roasting marshmallows at your campfire or simply gazing at the stars, you will build your memories of summer fun that will last a lifetime. Our 3-bedroom home has 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, 1 set of twin bunks and a fold-out queen sleeper sofa. Also available on the adjacent private lot is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath cottage with a full bed in each bedroom and a full sleeper sofa in the living area. Both are fully furnished inside and out. You just bring linens, towels and your groceries! We do NOT allow smoking or pets. We have a 50-ft. dock and a hoist for boats up to 18 ft. There's lots to do nearby (championship golf, Lake Huron charter fishing and beaches, Hubbard Lake restaurants, Alpena shopping and restaurants, theaters and museums), but you may find you just don't want to leave the lake! Rentals are Saturday - Saturday from June through Labor Day.
Memorial Day Weekend is available in both homes! A refundable $200 security deposit is required to secure your reservation.
