MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Cozy cottage with a beautiful open view and access to Lake Mitchell. Great fishing right off the private dock. It is located on a u-shaped drive with 250 feet of open area frontage for kids to play. Experience awesome sunsets while enjoying sitting around the firepit. It includes a large deck for grilling with patio furniture and a picnic table for outdoor eating. There is a children's wooden playset and a basketball hoop.
Come inside and experience comfort and cottage style with all the the ammenities you need. There is a total of 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and one bedroom has a set of bunkbeds. There is one bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Living room includes comfy seating with cable tv, vcr/dvd player.
Lake Mitchell is attached by a canal to Lake Cadillac which offers a large docking area to access downtown Cadillac which has a variety of nice shopping and cafe's. There is also a fun spot to take a boat to for ice cream right off Lake Cadillac. For skiers we are aprox 15 minutes from Caberfae and 30 minutes from Crystal Mountain.
