Lecated on the North East side of Lake Mitchell. Take 131 North to exit 176. Turn West on M-115. Take M-115 for 4 miles then turn left on Division St. Turn right on East Lake Mitchell Street. Drive for aprox a mile to Hiawatha Dr. to address.
MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Cozy cottage with a beautiful open view and access to Lake Mitchell. Great fishing right off the private dock. It is located on a u-shaped drive with 250 feet of open area frontage for kids to play. Experience awesome sunsets while enjoying sitting around the firepit. It includes a large deck for grilling with patio furniture and a picnic table for outdoor eating. There is a children's wooden playset and a basketball hoop.
Come inside and experience comfort and cottage style with all the the ammenities you need. There is a total of 3 bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have a queen sized bed and one bedroom has a set of bunkbeds. There is one bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Living room includes comfy seating with cable tv, vcr/dvd player.
Lake Mitchell is attached by a canal to Lake Cadillac which offers a large docking area to access downtown Cadillac which has a variety of nice shopping and cafe's. There is also a fun spot to take a boat to for ice cream right off Lake Cadillac. For skiers we are aprox 15 minutes from Caberfae and 30 minutes from Crystal Mountain. The cottage is also available to snowmobilers in the winter.
