Harrison is in the heart of Amish country in the middle of the state. The resort is about two and a half hours from the Detroit metro area, an hour and a half from Lansing, and just over an hour from Flint. We're located just off M-127 between Clare and Houghton Lake.

MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Four beautiful, modern fully furnished vacation cottages on all-sports Budd Lake. Quiet, clean, accommodations offer modern conveniences with that "up north" feel. Cottages have private decks, picnic tables, gas grills, Amish-built furniture, A/C, cable and wireless internet access. The Nest is handicap accessible on the main floor; walk-in/roll-in ADA approved shower. Pontoon rentals to guests; resort provides unpowered watercraft (kayaks, paddle wheel boats, rowboats) free for guest use. Spacious sandy beach with protected swim enclosure for young children. Cottages offer various configurations and vary in price; discounts spring and fall; weekly rentals June through early September. Close to shopping, golf, casinos, and day trips to Michigan attractions. MasterCard/Visa welcome.

Budd Lake is well-known for musky fishing. Also home to walleye, perch, bass and panfish. No wake hours allow for fishing while still providing time for high speed boating and jet skis.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY INFORMATION

Each cottage is different and rates differ by cottage size. The Lodge and Nest rent for $1600 per week during our peak season. The Retreat rents for $1200 per week. Our largest unit (the one that sleeps 12 and has five bedrooms) rents for $2400 during the summer.

We rent all cottages by the week during peak summer weeks. However, if you wish to stay for a shorter time, call for availability. If a cottage is not booked, we will consider shorter stays.
The Retreat is the smallest unit; it rents for $1200 per week during the peak season. The Nest and Lodge each rent for $1600 per week. The largest cottage, called the Hideaway, rents for $2400 per week.
Rates are reduced spring and fall. Please call for details or check our web site.
