Intermediate Lake connected to the Chain of Lakes for your boating pleasure.  Fully furnished with all you need for vacation.  Master bedroom w/bath has french doors overlooking the lake, walkout to the deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the ducks, swans and loons.  Air conditioned bedroomsl Large living room with woodburner fireplace with full view of the lake.  Large screen TV cable.  Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, garbage disposal, dishwasher and dining area all with lakeviews.  Laundry area with washer/dryer.  Two stall attached garage.  Large wooded lot with a firepit for those s'mores at sunset.  Sleeps eight.  Rental weekly from Saturday to Saturday.  100 ft. of sandy beach great for kids, shallow 50 ft. out. Large wooded lot setback from the road, private and quiet.  All you need to bring is your clothes and your food.  There are swim toys in the shed and patio furniture on the deck with the grill.  There is a large woodpile for the woodburner fireplace.  A large private lot, but 10 minutes from Bellarie downtown and Central Lake downtown.  A charming fun getaway.

• Weekly: $975.00
• Monthly: $3,800.00

Additional:

There is a $200 refundable security deposit to hold your week. A $400 refundable security deposit for our monthly rental (four consecutive weeks). This is separate from the rent. We rent from Saturday at 6 pm until Saturday at 1 pm.

For weekends a $100 refundable security deposit is required. Weekends are from Friday at 6 pm until Monday at 1 pm.

I have stayed here in the past and this home is very comfortable, relaxing and homey. Very clean. Great view of the lake, good fishing and boating. Wonderful location for all kinds of activities, shopping and sightseeing all the towns in the north. I would highly recommend this rental and am looking forward to my next visit.
