The upscale three-story, three-bedroom Penthouse condominum sits on the third floor of the historic Story and Clark piano factory, and features the most spectacular views in downtown Grand Haven. The lower level is a suite that contains a full kitchen, a full bath, washer & dryer, and bedroom with queen bed and private balcony. The middle level has two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and a bathroom (with washer & dryer), while the upper has a dining room, half bath, full kitchen, living room, and large balcony. The kitchens are fully furnished with dishwashers, microwaves, dishwashers, toasters, coffemakers, and dinnerware; other amenities such as irons, hair-dryers, alarm clocks, telephone, and televisions for each bedroom. The uppermost level features a 42" HD television with Blue-Ray, Netflix, Wii, and cable. Free wireless internet is available. Four inflatable twin mattresses and bedding are available, to allow the condo to sleep from 6 to 10 guests. The condo building has key-fob entry, elevator, community deck, and private parking lot. Overall, a very classy, quiet get-away perfect for several couples and large families.
