The property includes 10 acres, and a hunting blind. Turkeys and deer abound! Spring morel mushroom hunting, ATV legal trails just a couple miles away! Snowmobiling - yes! This property is several miles off the beaten path - you really will be getting away from it all! The wildlife will amaze you - eagles, foxes, and more! Amazing fishing right on the property - trophy bass, perch and bluegills - ICE FISHING, TOO! Deer hunting (check with DNR for licenses & seasons). Turkey hunting (check with DNR for licenses & seasons). Morel mushroom hunting in the spring. Easy access to snowmobile & ORV trails (Pere Marquette trail is 7 miles in length). Electric pontoon boat and paddle boat INCLUDED (seasonal) (NO GAS MOTORS ALLOWED). Water trampoline (seasonal). Board games and playing cards provided - great for rainy days...
