September and October have great weather to enjoy up north. Hot days and cool nights! Colors changing, fish biting, or maybe a hike on new hiking/biking trails. Nothing like a campfire and football to remind you fall is here. Enjoy your vacation time on your own beach. Beautiful all sports Perch Lake. Boating, fishing or just relaxing. Do you have friends and family you would like to share this time with? We have two cottages, a two bedroom and a three bedroom. Rent one or both!! The two bedroom (grey cottage) is totally remodeled with a full kitchen and new bath. Lake side bedroom has a full size bed and great view. Wake up, grab your coffee and sit on the deck. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Large living rooom with a doorwall to deck. The three bedroom (brown cottage) has two bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two queen size beds. Full kitchen, dining room and living area with cable. A completely new bath rounds it off! Beatiful view of the lake. Horse shoe pits, and paddle boat included. Both cottages have a dock and fishing boat (no motor)This is an excellent place for groups of 8 or more. The kids will love playing on the beach, swimming or just floating on the lake. Many wonderful golf courses in the area. Sno Snake, The Pines, Bucks Run and more.Close to shopping in historic downtown Clare, Soaring Eagle casino in Mt. Pleasant only 1/2 hour away. Come join the fun at the Perch Lake Resort. What a great place. We had such a great week. Our son loved fishing off the dock. Very relaxing and fun time. Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful place to stay. Plenty for the kids to do, play on the sandy beach, play horseshoes, play with the paddle boat and swim. Lake was quiet and had plenty of fish. Place was very roomy and everything was supplied. Owners were very friendly. Would love to go there again..

This is a really nice getaway! A very quiet lake, good fishing, swimming, great family spot. The house was very nice, clean, lots of room. The owner was very friendly and accomodating. Would love to go back!

This place is great! Very relaxing with lots to do. Great for family get togethers and conveniently located in the middle of the state. Beautiful setting and large deck that overlooks the lake.
