THE CARRIAGE COTTAGE IS ONLY 15 MINUTES FROM THE NOTRE DAME STADIUM.
This 2 bedroom/1 bath quaint carriage house is on the 200 acre Barron Lake near Niles Mi. It is an all sports lake with plenty of fishing, boating or swimming. The 1940’s house has been updated with everything you need to have fun in the sun. Fish off of the pier or relax on the covered porch with a good book. Put your boat in at the public access and water ski all day. The front yard has a sand beach where your children can swim. The house sleeps 7 comfortably. The master has a beautiful queen captains bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds. There is a queen and a twin pullout in the living room. Vacation in a wooded surrounding but have the comforts and activities of the towns of Niles, South Bend, Notre Dame and Mishawaka just minutes away.
