MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our spacious 1,400 sq foot cottage is all newly remodeled, featuring two bedrooms and one bath. The master bedroom is beautifully decorated with log furniture, and has a gorgeous view of the lake. The second bedroom has new bunk beds, and a pullout sleeper sofa, and TV with Dishnet. The living room features a TV with Dishnet, DVD player, sofa sleeper, and fireplace. The bathroom is extra large with a garden tub and a separate shower. The kitchen can seat up to 10 people, and includes a dishwasher and microwave.
Cowden Lake is a 110 acre All Sports Lake with a public boat access, located 45 minutes north of Grand Rapids. It is a quiet lake, beautifully lined with trees. We have 80' of private sandy beach for swimming. We have a boat dock and a floating swim raft. Fishing is great! Fish caught in the lake include bluegill, sunfish, large and small mouth bass, perch, and pike.
Inluded are towels, linens, cooking utensils, tableware, large assortment of family DVD's and VHS movies, games, Playstation 1, two large decks, gas grill, four kayaks, and of course a fire pit for making smores!
