Beautiful updated "lodge" style home with 4 bedroom, 2 full bath, NEW kitchen/ entire home is in new condition with all bedrooms very clean and spacious. VERY PRIVATE STREET. Very desired Area! Prestine area! One of the most desired streets on the lake!!!! Ride your bikes or walk without cars zooming by. A real peaceful area. GREAT sunsets and campfires.

Equipped with all pots and pans, dishes, silverware and BBQ supplies. Linens provided for beds includes blankets and pillows. Towels provided. Sleeps 10 plus . Bedrooms have queen beds and full beds. Very quiet neighborhood. Very new and clean. 70FOOT of beach front ( not shared) all to yourself!!! Very quiet street for early morning walks and riding of bikes. Very little car traffic. Close to town (Walmart, Walgreens, BK etc) eating places, antiquing, golf, kiddie rides, ice cream, you name it !

Boat launch less than a mile away, boat rentals close by (Korbinskis), fun times for all. Boat hook off shore in front of property. 40 foot dock in front of home to fish off. Houghton lake is known for great walleye fishing. Water is very warm and sandy bottom.

House has shaded deck or sit inside the beautiful sun room watching the water. Lake front bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with shower/tub . Full size washer / dryer. Fantastic BBQ grill, plenty of parking - can fit 7 cars comfortably on property.
