This immaculate Beachfront Home on Lake Charlevoix will be perfect for your next vacation. Our home is on 3 acres of land with 100 feet of private beach in front, and lots of open space for running, volleyball, horseshoes, etc. There is a lovely spring fed stream running along the back or the property.

The open floor plan makes it easy to enjoy the company of a crowd. A lovely fireplace sits front and center so it can be enjoyed from the kitchen as well as the family room. The large chef’s kitchen, includes granite counters, Center Island with second sink, 42 inch dual fuel oven and much more. This opens to the family room, lined with door walls, which lead to a wide full-length porch for a wonderful view of the lake. The Family room has plenty of seating, all custom furniture. Including two pull-out couches, one queen and one twin. There is also a lovely sitting area with a handcrafted wet bar.

We do keep a small supply of garbage bags, toilet paper etc. so your first day doesn't have to be spent shopping. Also some basics like flour, sugar etc. Take a peek then do your shopping in town.

For pet owners whose pet is fenced by invisible fence, that has been installed around a large piece of the property.

ADDITIONAL PROPERTY INFORMATION

The first floor also includes two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, TV VCR and Cable. The second has a full and twin bunk bed. There is a full bath, mudroom area and laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The second floor is a large master suite with a king size bed, terrific lake views and full bath.

Check in/check out times: Check-in is 3 pm and check-out is 10 am.

Deposits and final payment: 50% of the total stay is required at the time of booking. Final payment and security (damage) payment due 14 days prior to arrival. Security deposit is fully refundable within two weeks of departure. $125.00 cleaning and snow removal fee charged for stays of less than one week.

Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is canceled and property is re-booked all payments will be refunded less 10%. If not re-booked payment is non-refundable.
