Enjoy breathtaking sunrises and sunsets.  Located between Port Austin and Caseville, this home is approximately seven miles from Caseville and eleven from Port Austin.  Although we are across the street from beautiful Saginaw Bay, there is not a single house obstructing the view...we also have the use of approximately 500 feet of sandy beach.  What an awesome lake access!  This year-round 1445 square feet home has a queen bed in the master bedroom with an attached full bath, a full bed in the second bedroom and twins in the third.  A full bath is shared by these two bedrooms.  In the living room there is a queen sleeper sofa.  You may want to take in the view while relaxing in the  spacious living room, having coffee in the dining room or preparing meals in the kitchen.  Also, you might find yourself snacking on the large front deck or at the picnic table for eight on the back deck.  This like-new, spotless home was built in 1996 with a four seasons sunroom and rear deck added in 2003.  So bring your bathing suit and toothbrush, and have a great vacation!

The owner, Nancy, could not have been more accommodating. The home was PERFECT! Everything you could want and more. Clean, organized, great view, great patios front and back - and easy access to the beach!!! Loved it!!!!

My family and I stayed here and would love to go back next year! The house was perfect for family - open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, and a large dining table for lots of game playing. The sunroom and open decks provided some alone quiet time when family got to be a little "too much". Would highly recommend this house for your vacation!

We had a week at Summerwind the end of June. Family including adults and children had a very special time.Home is very accommodating and laid out to be able to visit with open concept kitchen,living room abd dining room. Wonderful sunsets over the Bay across the street,S,mores mad in the fire pit in back yard,Fresh air on front and back porches. Great swimming,visiting,shopping,eating and resting.I am on oxygen full time and walker or scooter and managed very well. First Class
