There are 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths including a jacuzzi in the master suite, sitting areas, a lovely sunroom, basement and a gazebo just a few steps from the water. There are 2 queen size beds, a double bed and 2 singles plus a couple of sleeper sofas. This home will easily sleep 12+. Approxiamtely 2,000 sq ft home has 150' of Lake Huron frontage. The large living room has a bay window and french doors leading to the sun room on the side of the home, the kitchen has a breakfast bar and an outside door leading to the deck and there is a dining room for more formal meals. There is a sand beach for swimming, playing or just relaxing and you will be only 2 blocks away from the harbor - transient dockage available. This home is fully furnished including linens, towels, television, DVD player, washer & dryer & dishwasher. There is a grill and outdoor furniture available. The garage is for the owner's private use and not included. Private & quiet dead-end street. Great location - downtown Harrisville - walking distance to shopping, dining, boating & fishing. Near several golf courses and other outdoor recreation. Small dogs are allowed. No smoking in the home, please.
