It comes fully furnished, including linens and towels. There is also a 26' boat slip available for our guests. The boat slip has electric service included. This site has a private gated entrance, fish cleaning station & laundry facilities. There is a television & air conditioning - no phone. This location puts you right in the middle of outdoor activities such as fishing, boating, swimming, walking the sand beach or just relaxing. Minutes away from several world class golf courses, ORV trails, canoeing/kayaking, walkpath to shopping & dining in downtown Oscoda. The owner requests no smoking in the home and no pets are allowed.
