For Reservations: All weekly rentals will be on a Saturday (3 PM check in) to Saturday (9 AM check out) basis. Contact us for special arrangements. A $150 refundable cleaning deposit is required with 50% of the rental fee to secure your reservation. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the reservation date are subject to a cancellation fee (50% of rental rate minus cleaning deposit).
