Open floor plan with patio doors that lead out to a picnic area with a large firepit and picnic table. House is on a street that has very little traffic and is great for kids. Woods and Michigan land are only steps away from the back door.

I will definitely return-what a bargain! NOTE FOR RENTERS: Garbage can be disposed of at the Transfer Station on the corner of Champagne & Sand Street. ALSO NOTE: The best non-boat fishing is during early evening dusk hours, up the road in Port Austin at the mouth of the river, off of the decks near the old playground (NOT from the breakwall into Lake Huron).

I recently rented this home with several other friends and couples with children over Labor Day weekend. It was my first trip to Caseville, and it ended up being the highlight of my summer. Great location, Ideal pricing, wonderful amenities, very spacious interior and a public beach access within a short walk. If you are one of the many Michiganders that often travel to Florida...this is just right for you. You get the sun, water, sand and sunsets at the beach. Then the bonfires, woods, barbecues and Up-North feeling back at the house. Only one small downside - well water/smell water.
