We just returned home today, July 25, 2009, after a wonderful week at this cabin. It was a great place to vacation. You have your choice of decks to relax and take in the quiet. Everything you need to have fun and relax. We took the paddle boat out and used the kayaks. The sandy beach was a beautiful. Motorcyling around there is the best. Thank you John and Shannon for a great place.

What a great place! Absolutely beautiful setting and a very comfortable cabin. Rent this place only if you want to relax, be close to any attraction you can imagine, and like care-free renting. Everything you might need is provided. Highly, highly recommend this cabin. We took our motorcycles and could ride to our hearts content. We also spent plenty of time on 1 of the 3 decks, or the beach. Thanks John and Shannon. We will be back.

Our family of five absolutely loved this cute, clean cottage. We relaxed by the peaceful lake, enjoyed fishing, and ventured out on fun day trips (Petoskey, Sand Dunes in Traverse City). We all slept comfortably surrounded by beautiful, maritime paintings. We plan on returning for another wonderful vacation.

Wow! Our family had a blast! The cottage is perfect with amazing hand-painted decor on the walls and unique barn wood bedroom furniture. Even the kitchen table was hand painted to match the living room rug. Great attention to detail. It was clean and fully furnished and in a great location for riding quads, jet skiiing on starvation Lake, and is a two minute walk to the local watering hole. I highly recommend this place and plan to rent here again.
