Beautifully renovated spacious condo located at the Shanty Creek Golf & Ski Resort is 1,700 square feet including 4 rooms (3 with their own full bathroom entrance, balcony, and keys) perfectly accommodating multiple parties/families. 47" flat panel TV in living room. Jacuzzi tub and sauna within the condo unit. Indoor heated pool and hot tub available from November-March and is located on the lower level of the condo unit building. It is only a 1 minute walk away.

Each balcony offers a beautiful view of Lake Bellaire and Summit Ski Slopes. This condo is ski-in/ski-out, walking distance (5 minutes) from golf courses, pro-shop, tennis courts, gift shops, salon, pools, playground, daycare, Summit Lodge, hotel, bar and restaurant.

*Summer renters will have access to the Private Beach Club on Lake Bellaire. A great way to avoid the crowded beaches. Boat launch access. Ask us for details.
