Three bedroom (2 double, 2 twin) lakefront cottage located on Duck Lake, Springport, MI. Upstairs remodeled in 2006 with a new kitchen the same year. Carpeted upstairs and down with laminate flooring in kitchen and entry way. Full bath with large shower and a 40 gal gas water heater. Amenities include: Refrige with Ice maker, Garbage Disposal, Hot Water dispenser, built-in Microwave, Electric Dryer, Stove, TV, DVD Player, Fireplace with Gas insert. Outside: Private dock, motorized boat lift, East side of lake cottage, Hard bottom swimming beach, Shallow water for small children, Charcoal Grill, Lawn Furniture and deck. Large lawn in back with Shaded lawn between cottage and lake.

Duck Lake is rated as one of the top 50 fishing lakes in Michigan. The lake is 630 Acres in size and has a state public launch site. Renters are welcome to moor their boat at the dock for the length of their stay or use the boat lift.

Additional:

Rent is due two weeks prior to occupancy. Must be Money Order or Certified Check for the amount of the rent only.

4th of July and Labor Day weeks $900.00
Two week Rental $1,500.00
Security deposit of $125. $100.00 will be refunded if no damages and cottage is cleaned upon departure.
