MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Our cottage will be unavailable 10-1-11 thru 4-31-12; however, we will be responding to inquiries for 2012 rentals beginning January 1, 2012. With happy thoughts of sunshine and water, the Davis Family. Charming lakefront log cottage with private beach, fire pit and 60 feet of dock on north shore of Houghton Lake. We furnish beach furniture, tables, chairs,etc. Cottage is well equipped with cookware,tableware, appliances and basic pantry items plus paperware,etc. A more complete list will be sent upon receiving your reservation and $100.00 deposit for each week of rental. We are close by to many points of interest and recreational opportunities. Mighty Mac is 100 miles, Camp Grayling 21 miles, Churches and medical facilities are in easy reach. Weekly rental is $700.00, maximum number of people is 6. For weekly reservations, call 517-290-5359

This cottage was just perfect.. everything you would want a vacation cottage to be, and more! The kitchen was very well equipped. The beach front and lake are ideal. We plan to return again and again.

The pictures are just like the the real thing! Honestly I was apprehensive about renting a place that I had only seen pictures of but rest assured the cottage is WONDERFUL!!! We just LOVED this cozy, clean, and quiet place. It was perfect for a family of four and the owners were so kind. We had so much fun knowing that just feet away was our very own private beach and dock. Thank you to Bob and his wife for making our stay so perfect! We didn't want to leave....but we promise to be back :)
