Enjoy “Charlevoix the Beautiful”! Spend your vacation or the summer in our “charming bungalow”! Downstairs is an open floor plan that includes living area, kitchen, dining area and full bathroom. First floor laundry facilities are available for rental use. In addition, there is a TV room with sofa sleeper on the 1st floor that can be used as a second bedroom. Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom. It is only a short walk to downtown, Round Lake and the newly reconstructed park, complete with an interactive water fountain. Charlevoix offers beautiful beaches, boating on Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan, top area golf courses, extensive bike and walking trails.
Rate: $800 weekly or special rate by the month. Half due with reservation and balance due 2 weeks prior to renting.
