Enjoy “Charlevoix the Beautiful”! Spend your summer vacation in our “charming bungalow”! You will love this exceptional house and the location. Downstairs is an open floor plan that includes living area, kitchen, dining area and full bathroom plus first floor laundry facilities. In addition, there is a TV room with sofa sleeper on the first floor that can be used as a second bedroom. Upstairs, you will find a large bedroom with a king size bed and a full bathroom. The new patio area is perfect for a barbeque or to just enjoy a quiet evening. It is only a short walk to downtown Charlevoix with many unique shops and great restaurants, Round Lake and the new marina and East Park, complete with an interactive water fountain and trout pond. Charlevoix offers beautiful beaches, boating on Lake Charlevoix and Lake Michigan, top area golf courses, extensive bike and walking trails.
Rate: $800 weekly or special rate by the month. Half due with reservation and balance due 2 weeks prior to renting.
