MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Save time, gas & stress by not driving up north. You can even keep working if you like, and the kids won’t miss their games! This home has a beautiful beach on private all sports Horseshoe Lake – a great swimming and fishing lake with little boat traffic.
Take a cruise around the lake in the boat, or just sit back and watch the kids swim. The included raft and beach toys will keep them entertained. You are also welcome to bring your own boat if you like - there is a private boat launch just down the road.
This home was built in 2008 and is immaculate. It has a well furnished kitchen and a BBQ. If you don't like to cook, you can have your food and drinks delivered!
The home sleeps six adults comfortably, and can accommodate more if some are children (or are otherwise wiling to sleep in a semi-private loft area) Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, and two of them also have a couch that converts into a double bed. The loft area also has a couch that converts to a double bed. All of the beds are new.
PRICES AND AVAILABILITY FOR 2012: PRIOR TO APRIL 30: Sorry, I don't do short term rentals prior to April 30. APRIL 30 THROUGH JUNE 8, 2012: $195 per day with a 3 day minimum and discounts on stays of 4 days or more (10% off if you stay 4 days, 15% off if you stay 5 or 6 days, and 20% off if you stay 7 or more days). Plus a $95 cleaning fee. I have availability from April 30 through May 21, from May 28 through June 1 and from June 4 through June 8 at these rates. JUNE 8 THROUGH JUNE 15: $1,475.00. JUNE 15 THROUGH JUNE 22: Sold Out. JUNE 22 THROUGH AUGUST, 2012: $1,675.00 per week. Summer weeks run Friday to Friday. I am not sure yet when my last summer rental will be, as I generally rent to a grad student for the school year so it depends when the school year starts. I currently have availability from June 22 to June 29, from July 20 through August 17, and from August 24 through Labor Day. SEPTEMBER 1, 2012 THOUGH MAY 15, 2013: Sorry, I don't do short term rentals in the "off season". ADD A $95 CLEANING FEE TO ALL PRICES SET FORTH ABOVE.
