MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Save time, gas & stress by not driving up north. You can even keep working if you like, and the kids won’t miss their games! This home has a beautiful beach on private all sports Horseshoe Lake – a great swimming and fishing lake with little boat traffic.
Take a cruise around the lake in the boat, or just sit back and watch the kids swim. The included raft and beach toys will keep them entertained. You are also welcome to bring your own boat if you like - there is a private boat launch just down the road.
This home was built in 2008 and is immaculate. It has a well furnished kitchen and a BBQ. If you don't like to cook, you can have your food and drinks delivered!
The home sleeps six adults comfortably, and can accommodate more if some are children (or are otherwise wiling to sleep in a semi-private loft area) Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, and two of them also have a couch that converts into a double bed. The loft area also has a couch that converts to a double bed. All of the beds are new.

PRICES AND AVAILABILITY FOR 2010:
MAY 7 THROUGH JUNE 9: $175 per day with a 3 day minimum and discounts on stays of 4 days or more (10% off if you stay 4 days, 15% off if you stay 5 or 6 days, and 20% off if you stay 7 or more days). Plus a $95 cleaning fee. It is currently available from May 7 June 9 at these rates.
JUNE 13 THROUGH LABOR DAY: $1,475 per week, plus a $95 cleaning fee. Weeks generaly run Friday to Friday, but I will consider stays of less than one week or weeks that do not start on a Friday in June. It is currently availabile June 13 - July 2, July 9 to July 23, and August 27 through Labor Day.
Please note that I cannot do any short term rentals between September 7, 2009, and May 6, 2010, as I rent to grad students in the "off season".
