MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Save time, gas & stress by not driving up north. You can even keep working if you like, and the kids won’t miss their games! This home has a beautiful beach on private all sports Horseshoe Lake – a great swimming and fishing lake with little boat traffic.
Take a cruise around the lake in the boat, or just sit back and watch the kids swim. The included raft and beach toys will keep them entertained. You are also welcome to bring your own boat if you like - there is a private boat launch just down the road.
This home was built in 2008 and is immaculate. It has a well furnished kitchen and a BBQ. If you don't like to cook, you can have your food and drinks delivered!
The home sleeps six adults comfortably, and can accommodate more if some are children. Each of the three bedrooms has a king bed, and two of them also have a couch that converts into a double bed. The loft area also has a couch that converts to a double bed. All of the beds are new.
The price for 2008 is $950 per week, plus a $75 cleaning fee. Weekend rentals are available at off peak times or for last minute vacancies. See my notes on current availability below. SUMMER 2008 AVAILABILITY: My only remaining availability for 2008 is one week that runs from August 24 -31 (Sunday to Sunday).
FALL 2008 to SPRING 2009 AVAILABILITY: I have a long term tenant renting this place for fall, winter and spring, ending in early May, 2009.
SUMMER 2009 AVAILABILITY: Short term summer rentals for 2009 begin on May 15, and I have the entire summer open. I have not yet determined 2009 rates, but I hope to post them shortly. Feel free to inquire sooner if you like.
