Enclosed large side porch with spaceous sitting area perfect for reading and relaxing. Three bedrooms. Two rooms have full size beds. Third has twin and a bunk. Galley kitchen with gas stove and side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. Cozy, Quaint, Rustic Atmosphere. Inviting living/dining room area. Drinking water dispenser w/jugs to fill with your own fresh water for those that don't have an acquired taste for well water. Private Bathroom. Shower Facilities. Scenic outdoor surroundings to enjoy nature, take strolls, sit & read or just relax and enjoy fresh air. Fire pit in backyard for evening enjoyment. Wooded area partially surrounds cottage. Plenty of shade trees and cool breezes. Cottage on private/dead end road. Plenty of family activities nearby. Walk to the beach and enjoy beautiful sunsets.

**RESERVATION REQUIREMENT TO CONFIRM OCCUPANCY DATES**
$100 security deposit plus 1/2 weekly rental fee, $300; remaining balance of $300 due prior to occupancy.

**CANCELLATION POLICY**
30 DAY NOTICE must be given prior to date of occupancy or security deposit of $100 AND 1/2 rental amt. of $300 will be forfeited. Notice must be given via: registered letter, phone call, or email.

**REFUND POLICY**
$100 security deposit returned within 5 business days after vacating premises. Deposit return is subject to Owner Rights to retain deposit for any damages to property during occupancy.

"Really enjoyed our stay." Felt right at home. Nicely decorated and really comfortable. This cottage was perfect for family and fun. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations and all the conveniences of home. Our two children enjoyed spending evenings by the fire pit roasting hot dogs and marshmallows. Great family fun in Caseville. Really neat shops. So much to see and do. We walked to the beautiful sandy beach nearly every day. Enjoyed the peace and quiet putting me in the mood for catching up on my reading. Could hear the rhythmic sound of waves off the bay late in the evening lulling us all into a deep sleep after an exciting day filled with adventure. Thanks for making our stay such a pleasure. Will certainly consider a return visit.
