Brand new log cabin on Pickeral lake in Kalkaska located within feet of snowmobile trails two wheel trails and four wheel trails. It is located near a very nice trout stream and the lake itself is well known for fishing. This cottage has a walkout basement, two gas fireplaces, two full bathrooms with a Jacuzzi tub, large garage and it sits on a acre of property. We allow friends and family to drive up with RV?s or mobile homes--there's plenty of room. It has a very nice kitchen with all new stainless appliances. It has a very large deck facing the lake that wraps around the house.
