Family orientated, fully furnished, two bedroom cottage, with one full size bed and two twin beds, in a friendly safe neighborhood. Cottage has a four-season's room with a queen sofa sleeper and two window air conditioning units. One air conditioner unit is in the spacious kitchen / living room and in one of the bedrooms. There are decks facing both the lake and road, including patio furniture, BBQ grill, and fire pit. This cottage is ideal for out-of-state retirees visiting family and friends or attending celebrations. Swimming area includes a slide for children's amusement. Rental includes shared use of a 14' row boat, for fishing / boating, as well as use of a two-person pedal boat.
