North shore beach access is within walking distance. Sleeps 7. Queen bed in master, Double in 2nd bedroom, and full size futon in basement family room. Fully remodeled spa-like bathroom with jacuzzi tub and marble tile.

$100.00 deposit plus 1/2 rental amount due upon reservation. Balance due 2 weeks before occupancy. Cancellation notice due 30 days before occupancy or all monies are forfeited. Deposit refunded within 5 business days if cottage is left in acceptable condition. Please clean up after pets or nominal fee will be taken out of deposit. We prefer to book full weeks but will make exceptions based on availability. Call or email for prices. Ask about our reduced rates for booking multiple weeks!
