NEW 6 PERSON OUTDOOR HOT TUB IN SCREENED OCTAGON GAZEBO. A 10 person crest II pontoon rental available. 65 ft dock ,off shore ties.( 8x10 floating dock great for diving, playing or sunbathing, kids love this) Relax by the private sandy beach or under the shade of our White Birch and Cedar trees. Indoor Hot Tub overlooks the lake. A beautiful view of peaceful Black Mountain and Lake are right outside your window. It?s only 50 feet from the sandy beach shore and 15 minutes to Cheboygan or Onaway. "All Sports" 10,130 acre Black Lake has the best fishing and water sports as well as snowmobiling, cross country and downhill skiing close by. You can walk out 250 feet from home in pure gold Michigan soft sand. House has ramped entrance. It?s safe for children or dog playing. Easy to find on year round plowed road. Five minutes to UAW Resort with premier public golf. Pontoon rental is available. Our Crest II will hold 10 people comfortably great for fishing, tubing, or just cruising, call daily and weekly rental available. New floating dock can be moved to any depth in the lake and now we are air conditioned. Ocqueoc falls close by, kids love spending the day playing in the waterfall. Only 30 minutes to the Mackinac Bridge and shopping. Enjoy evening waterfront campfires, your own indoor hot tub with great views of water from every seat. New Amish made 16x12 Log Cabin with rocking swing porch, available for overflow with additional charge, upon request. We can assist you in booking a rental boat and have it delivered for you. Lake has waterfront restaurants. Deer, ducks, turkeys and mink can be seen on property. Snowmobile, cross-country, ORV trails right across the road, with Black Mountain State REC right around the corner with campground. One home is decorated in blue and Green with and Cayman Island look, and stone fireplace other is black with rose Victorian carpet and Victorian style accents and wood. Both homes feature 1 bed with European wool and feather bed covers. The wool is known for drawing arthritis out of your back. Quilts and relaxing waterfall picture with volume controlled, nature sounds and Remote controlled ceiling fans. Homes only allow 6 people max, with 2 parking spots. All animals must be leased, good-natured and completely trained 1 per home . Additional people and boat parking is available upon request. Don't want to cook! Walk up the hill to Italian Restaurant. We have 2 totally separate property homes, and an overflow New Amish built Log Cabin with 1 queen size bed. Each home sleeps up to 6 people. If renting 2 homes and log cabin total of 16 people available. Pets must be good-natured, trained and leased. Animal debris must be cleaned up and trashed. Daily Rates avail.Spring to Fall and Winter $150 per day. WINTER SNOWMOBILE SPECIAL for 4 people 3 nights at 300. 2 nights at 250 and weekly at 700. SPRING SPECIAL NOW THRU MAY 15TH 3 NIGHTS FOR 350 WEEKLY AT 700.

A $300 security deposit required and returned if home is left clean and no damage.Six people per cabin limit. These are non smoking cottages, smoking permitted outside. Check in time is 3 ph check out is 10 am.

Check in: Sunday at 3, till Saturday at 10, is a 6 night "week". Additional days at $150 per day can be added on to front or back, if available. Weekends $150 per day with 2 night min. Holiday weekends add $150. Pets additional $25.00 fee. ONLY 6 PEOPLE PER HOME LIMIT. Requests for additional visitors arrangements must be made prior to renting. Renters are expected to leave home clean. Optional cleaning fee of $75.00 available or charged if not left clean.
Cancellations and Refunds: None within 21 days.

We had our homemoon here and will repeat for our anniversary. The water was a little high and their was only about 3 feet of beach but the water was sandy rippling and beautiful. We love this lake, its big. The hot tub indoors was great on a rainy night, otherwise we really loved the outdoor hot tub and gazebo was screened we didn't have a single bug to deal with. We had camfires and smores and walked the sand hill in the evenings. Played at Ocquoac falls one complete day as well as Mackinaw island. Great location and lots of fun. Thanks we booked for 09 already. Linda and Mark

We came north to cool down,relax and enjoy the beautiful colors. We were pleasently suprised to find that the house was spotless,the bed was so comfterable we slept in till noon the 2nd day. We watched the fall leaves fall from the indoor hottub and the beautiful colors dancing on the lake. The stone fireplace and beautiful stain glass mirrors and decor just added to our peacful week. The quiet of being on a side street was welcome as we are on a main road at home. WE walked/or road bikes provided up the hill and across the street in the evening to the sand dune and saw turkeys,deer,a fat porcupine,loons, ducks and a beaver. I tried the Kayak and Canoe but it was a little too chilly for water activity. We were able to extend 2 days and would have liked to stay longer. We enjoyed golfing down the street and walking to the restaurant and party store. Thanks for having such a clean,cute place I thought we were on an island resort. We have rebooked for Spring and again in the Fall for 06. Really enjoyed your hospilitality. Who knows maybe we will even buy a house from you Deb you showed us 2 we really liked but they didn't have as beautiful sandy waterfront like yours. Keep looking and call me. Weve found new treasured friendship in our host and hostess.Thanks again for a memorable week cherished.
