Cozy, fully furnished cottage with 2 bedrooms (sleeps 7) located next to Sand Lake with 2 lake accesses. Enclosed porch can be used as a 3rd bedroom. Close to Michigan International Speedway and a short distance to many Irish Hill attractions. The cottage is supplied with linens, dishes, pots/pans and kitchen utensils, coffee pot with filters, range/oven, refrigerator/freezer, toaster, microwave, wireless Internet access,  TV with cable, CD and DVD player cleaning supplies, picnic table, gas fireplace (stove type), fenced yard with gas grill and fire pit. Private swimming access area, row boat and paddleboat included. Pets are welcome (extra  fee).

Cozy, quiet and fun! A great place to take the kids and just lay back and relax. 2 lake accesses.

One lake access has a swimming area, dock, swim raft, row boat and room to relax in the sun. Cottage has a fenced yard with gas grill, fire pit and lawn furniture and is next to our private "island" access where the paddle boat (included) is docked.

Sand Lake has a public launch for your watercraft on a this beautiful spring fed lake.

Pets and dock space for your boat is extra.

Great, friendly owners and a neat location for this cottage. We were there in October 2010, so the weather was too chilly to sit outside, but it was perfect for walking at Hidden Lake Gardens and everywhere else. The cottage was great in every way except that the shower is very tiny -- not for someone overly tall or very overweight. We were comfortable there. The beds were fine; we slept well. Leaf burning was the daily pasttime in the cottage area, so if you have allergies/asthma, this isn't a good time to go. Everywhere we went, fall beauty was abundant. This part of Michigan is lovely. The owners are very helpful and nice.

Bryan rented this as a surprize for the weekend for our third anniversary. It was quiet even in November. Did nt see the owners hardley at all. Very private and very nice, we even got to take the dogs with us. It was a quiet warm setting with the fireplace in the house and the nice fire and grill we had out side. Thanks again for the memories

I can't express how much I enjoyed my time at this cottage. It's clean, cozy and quiet. Lots of backyard space with a fire-pit and outside seating. The cottage really does come with everything you need supply wise. The owners live right across the street so if need anything they're available, but make it a point not to "bother" you. They were great, the cottage was great, frankly the entire area was an exceptional stress free relaxing time. 5 stars!

The cozy cottage was perfect! Our family enjoyed grilling out and lounging in the ample back yard, and getting out on the water for fun. Beautiful place - comfortable and convenient. Hosts are great, too. Very organized and helpful. We plan on returning in years to come!
