This is a large family home in a beautiful vacation area. We are 2 blocks from Betsie Bay, 8 blocks from Lake Michigan, 2 miles from Crystal Lake, 2 blocks from the grocery store, 1 block from laundry mat, and two blocks from shopping area and restaurants. We are close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, Crystal Mountain, Platt River, Leelanau, Traverse City, Gwen Frostic, etc. There is plenty to keep you busy. There is a bike path, golf courses, charter boats, plane rides, canoing, mushrooming, hunting, winter sports--just about anything you would care to partake in--all year 'round.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

09/10/05 to 05/25/05 $1150 per week

Memorial Weekend to Labor Day weekend $1425 per week

9/10/05 to 05/25/05 $300 per day

During "peak summer season" rates are based on Weekly Rentals only.
During "off season" Per-day rates are based on two night occupancy only.

RESERVATIONS
A deposit of 50% of the total rental fee is due upon reservation acceptance. The remaining balance due must be paid 30 days prior to the rental date.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Should you wish to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded in full for up to 30 days after the date of receipt. Beyond 30 days, the deposit will only be refunded if the date(s) reserved is(are) reserved by another group.

CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 10:00 a.m. For weekly rentals, check-in time is Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is the following Saturday at 10:00 a.m. Early check-in and late check-out will be accommodated upon request, when possible.
