Private master bath, central air, ceiling fans in all rooms, fully furnished and equipped. New sod and sandy beach area. "All sports" 10,130 acre Black Lake has the best fishing and water sports as well as snowmobiling, cross country and downhill skiing close by. In the summer, you can walk out 100 feet from Condo and still be in shallow water with a sandy bottom or use our 4 person Paddle Boat for sightseeing and fun. Right across the Lake from the Black Mountain Recrealtional area with groomed snowmobile trails and cross country ski trails or hiking trails. One of the best lakes in Mich for fishing. 30 miles from Machinaw City and year around events. Sleeps 6-8 comfortably.

Summer is great for swimming and boating. Fall is the time to view the colors, hunt and fish and hike the trails. In the winter it turns into an awesome winter wonderland with groomed snowmobil trails right across the Lake in the Black Mountain Recreational Area with numerous cross country ski trails. After a busy day enjoy yourself on the balcony or next to the fireplace. You can be as active or as layed back as you like.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

Labor Day Weekend to November 1st $200.00 per day

From Memorial Day Weekend to Labor Day Weekend $1300.00 per week

Christmas Week to March 15th $200.00 per day

$250.00 security deposit refundable after condo is checked for breakage, damage, missing property and cleaniness of premises. One half of rental due at booking by cashier check. Remainder to be paid 2 weeks before rental. Weekly rentals during summer are from Saturday to Saturday
