Beautiful lake access cottage within 1 block of Lake Huron. This cottage has 1,100 sq feet of living space. This cottage has a total of 3 bedrooms. It has 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 bedroom has full bed and twin bed in room and 1 bedroom has a full bed) and 1 bedroom downstairs with 1 full bed. There is also a comfortable futon in the living room that folds out for a double sized bed. Enjoy the gas fireplace on cool days or sit on the deck that overlooks the beautiful woods and Mill Creek. Property is a 1/2 acred treed lot that offers much needed shade after relaxing on the beach. Boat launch is only 4 miles away in Lexington Harbor. They also rent slips by the weekend.
