MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Lake front home, sandy beach,awesome sunsets. Located between Port Austin and Caseville 1/4 mile east of Oak Beach Park. Close to local owned convience stores.Close to antique shops,state parks,golf courses and putt/putt ,go carts,small amusement parks but rural setting. Two full bathrooms on main floor & 1/2 bath upstairs . The bedroom down stairs has a double bed, the main bedroom upstairs has a king bed & is in an open area at the top of the stairs . The two other bedrooms upstairs each have double beds (one bed per room) with their own doors for privacy. Please bring your own sheets & leave enough time to wash & dry all towels & put away in linen closet in main bathroom by the 11:00 A.M. check out time. There's a washer & dryer available. Two story home with a seperate deck directly on the beach. Great place for the kids to play in the sand.Beautiful 20 minute drive from the famous Grindstone City ice cream parlor. Walts meat market is a 3 minute walk great BBQ choices and fresh bread and cookies.
RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION
May 1st thru Oct. 30 th Daily rate is $140.00 if you're staying 6 days or longer. 5 days or less , the daily rate is $ 150.00.
Property is not available from 8/04/2010 through 8/18/2010. Method of payment will be certified check or money order.

Our family fell in love with this summer home and can't wait to return next summer. It is very comfortable and was very well equipped. It was very hard to leave at the end of our stay!

Very beautiful!! This was a very relaxing and enjoyable time! Everything you need is here, and the water is breath taking! The beach portion is probably the best in the area! We will be back next summer!
