If Cancellation of the Reservation is Necessary, the Deposit is Refundable, if the Property is Re-Rented For the Same Dates of Your Reservation. The Entire Balance is Due Two Weeks Prior To Check-In Date, Plus a $300 Refundable Security Deposit. We Do Not Charge A Cleaning Fee.
