MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Relax and enjoy an old-fashioned summer vacation at this cozy cottage on the shores of Little Traverse Lake, located within the National Lakeshore and near Sleeping Bear Dunes. Sit on the deck and look for eagles, or simply watch the spectacular sunsets over the lake, while you enjoy a beachside campfire in the firepit.

The cottage is built directly on Little Traverse Lake. There is a large, high ceiling living room with a natural fieldstone fireplace which opens up to the kitchen with an extensive dining table that can be extended to seat 12 people! This great room all looks over the water with large windows that open to the lake! You can't get any closer to the water, unless you jump into it!

This home also has 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed, one with a queen bed, and the other with two bunk beds having full beds on the bottom and twins on top. It can easily sleep 8-10 people. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a full tub/shower and the other is a half bath. There is also a washer and dryer for your use.

Although the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc., some people prefer to do their cooking outdoors. For those, we have provided a gas grill, along with two picnic tables on the deck for the perfect outdoor dining experience. If you are looking for an authentic northern Michigan experience, Little Traverse Lake is the perfect spot.
