Private cottage located 2 miles west of Port Austin. Just 250 ft. from Lake Huron. Lake access great for swimming. Front deck faces the Lake. Approximately 1175 sq.ft. on double lot. Very clean, nicely furnished. New carpet and many other updates in 2008. Fully equipped kitchen with snack bar seperating dining area. One full bath with tub/shower combination. Three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double and 2 twin beds)and two sofa sleepers in living room provide comforable sleeping for up to 10 persons. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cable Color TV/DVD/VCR combo with front hookups for any wii/nintendo systems you bring along. 9' x 12' Mudroom for all your shoes and beach toys. Charcoal barbecue, picnic table and firepit in the extra deep backyard with lots of room to play. Beautiful sunsets!
