Our Charlevoix apartments are centrally located between Charlevoix, Boyne City and Petoskey. There are many different lakes and beaches to enjoy within a 30 minute drive. We are only minutes from the best downhill skiing in the Mid West. This is a beautiful world class resort area.

MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

One of our Charlevoix apartments that we have available is nestled among 20 year old evergreens that tower 30 feet above you. This beautifully appointed apartment was decorated with the executive in mind. The 1200 square foot floor plan offers a queen-size bed in the master bedroom that is set aside from the living quarters by a pair of French Doors and a queen-size bed in the guest bedroom. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed in the living room that can be used if necessary. The beauty of nature is brought into this unit through the two sets of door walls adjacent to the covered porches. There is a Jacuzzi (SEASONAL) outside in a screened in area for your bug free enjoyment. If you plan on taking advantage of the hot tub, we suggest that you bring some beach towels. Our choices continue with a Charlevoix apartment that is sitting on 20 rolling wooded acres and is our family style apartment. The large skylights located in each room create the bright cheery feeling you get when you step inside this unit. There is ceramic tile in the entrance way, bathroom and kitchen which shows off the open and convenient, 800 square foot floor plan. There is a beautiful 350' deck with table, chairs, umbrella and charcoal barbeque. The views from the deck are beautiful and deer sightings are a common occurrence. For your comfort, the master bedroom offers a queen-size bed, the second bedroom has a double bed and there is a futon with an extra thick mattress in the living room plus there is always the couch to sleep one more. This unit will sleep up to 7. Just let me know if you would like more pictures of your choice.

06/01/2007 to 09/15/2007 Rates are quoted for 2. $3.00 per person per night for each additional guest. BETTER RATES AVAILABLE WITH LONGER TERM RENTAL PERIODS.

09/16/2007 to 12/31/2007 December 23 thru January 3 add 15%. BETTER RATES AVAILABLE WITH LONGER TERM RENTAL PERIODS.

01/01/2008 to 05/31/2008 December 23 thru January 3 add 15%. BETTER RATES AVAILABLE WITH LONGER TERM RENTAL PERIODS.

We booked both apartments for a retreat group of 8. What a wonderful place this is. Much better than even the description. And really is "affordable". Our group has decided to return next year to Abbeys.
