MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

Lovely 1,600 square foot home on 10,000 acre all sport, award winning fishing lake. Perfect for water skiers and fishermen. Plenty of spectacular views of Black Lake and the Black Mountain Bluffs can be enjoyed from the outdoor Jacuzzi, the deck or sun room. Home is situated on 100x200 foot lot on a wildlife filled cove. Kayak thru the lovely tall grasses and lily pads while a blad eagle soars overhead. Listen to the woodpeckers and loons from the cedar swing or while laying on our hammock beneath the trees.

Home has 4 spacious bedrooms including a master bedroom romantic 4 poster bed with private master bath. All bedrooms have beautiful and unique antique furnishings. 4 bedrooms also have laundry facilities. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and sun room. We have laundry facilities with washer, dryer and laundry tub.

Cottage is set back from North Black River Road. Property offers a serene, undisturbed and natural setting, far enough from any neighbors to provide privacy at all times. Truly a Nature Lover's Paradise!

Cottage has CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING, ceiling fans in each room, full kitchen including dishwasher, all appliances, cookware, tableware. Full LAUNDRY room with washer, dryer, laundry tub. Porta-crib,DOCK with space for your boat, charcoal barbeque and FIRE PIT. Dining and groceries are available within 3 miles. RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

Off season: fall, winter, spring $950.00 per week when available

June 26 - August 6, 2010 $1,250.00 per week

August 7 - September 10, 2010 $1,150.00 per week

A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold reservation. One week denotes 7 nights, Saturday-Saturday. Partial weeks are negotiable.
There is no cleaning charge if home and property are left in clean and tidy condition.
