Home has 4 spacious bedrooms including a master bedroom with private master bath. All bedrooms have beautiful and unique antique furnishings. There is a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room and sun room. We have laundry facilities with washer, dryer and laundry tub. Plenty of spectacular views of Black Lake and the Black Mountain Bluffs can be enjoyed from the outdoor Jacuzzi, the deck or sun room. Home is situated on 100x200 foot lot on a wildlife filled cove. Kayak thru the lovely tall grasses and lily pads while a blad eagle soars overhead. Listen to the woodpeckers and loons from the cedar swing or while laying on our hammock beneath the trees.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

September 10, 2009 to Before Memorial Weekend $950.00 per week when available

August 15, 2007 to September 10, 2009 $1,550.00 per week

June 23, 2007 to August 14, 2007 $1,650.00 per week

Memorial Weekend to June 23, 2007 $1,550.00 per week

A $250.00 security deposit is required to hold reservation. One week denotes 7 nights, Saturday-Saturday. Partial weeks are negotiable.
There is no cleaning charge if home and property are left in clean and tidy condition. If not, a $100.00 cleaning charge will be deducted from security deposit.
