Rental property is a 10 minute walk to State Park Beaches and Lake Michigan. Only a five minute walk to Lake Macatawa and beaches. Two living rooms both with fold out couches for beds.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

Weekly Rental Summer 2008, September (labor day) then winter monthly rental to June 12, 2009 $1100.00 per week June, July & August!! Winter rental rate $700 for three or more months

Basic Rates

Monthly: $900.00

Reservations is $550 down and non refundable with balance of rent and security deposit of $300 due 21 days prior to arrival. CLEANING FEE OF $125 IS ALSO DUE AND IS FULLY REFUNDABLE WITH A CLEAN COTTAGE CHECK OUT!!

Home is available monthly rent of $800 from Sept to June 12 for off season rental.
