MICHIGAN VACATION PROPERTY DESCRIPTION

LAKE FRONT, Cozy, 2 Bedroom cottage on Hamlin Lake, Ludington, MI 49431. Cottage offers 2 bedrooms (both with pillow top mattresses), large living Room with queen size pull out sleeper sofa & Flat screen TV with DVD player, also has air conditioner. Kitchen Completely furnished with all your kitchen needs & microwave.   Bath with shower, Full lake side glassed in porch with sofa, table & chairs. 2 Covered boat slips with electric at dock. Out side gas grill & fire pit. Also we furnish all bedding. All you have to bring are towels, food & yourself.  (Note, in the past a lot of our renters have been returned renters every year.)  We also have a boat and motor for rent.

RATES/PAYMENT INFORMATION

05/14/11 to 06/04/11 $500.00 + tax per week for a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children. If more - see other information below.

06/04/11 to 09/03/11 $650.00 + tax per week for a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children - If more children $100.00 per child up to 6 people total. If more, just adults - see other information below.

09/03/11 to 10/29/11 $500.00 + tax per week for a family of 4, 2 adults 2 children. If more - see other information below.

Cottage cost amounts are plus tax per week. Cottage renting LIMIT is 6, ( 2 adults and 4 children.) Or if 4 adults, price is $800.00 a week. If 6 adults, it's $1200.00 a week. Renting per night is $125.00 + tax for a family of 4.
(Cottage has covered boat slip.)

We have stayed at this cottage and enyoy every minute. The cottage is very clean and neat. The location is 10 minutes to Ludington and the same to the state park. We have stayed there four years in a row now.

We have rented the Cozy cottage on Hamlin Lake every year for the last 11 years. The cottage is kept up very well. We also rent a boat when we rent the cottage. When you walk out the front door you walk about 20 feet and you are on the boat dock. We use the gas grill alot. We also use the fire pit most every night. We have a great time and look forward to our vacation this summer at the Cozy Cottage on Hamlin Lake.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage. The cottage was immaculate and the owners thought of everything! Beautiful lake with great fishing! We would definitely recommend this cottage. Thank you!
